UCI MIND is Orange County's sole Alzheimer's Disease Research Center designated by National Institutes of Health, one of only 30 in the nation. Our renowned faculty, 45 members from 22 schools and departments across the University, combined with an exceptionally dedicated staff, are devoting their lives to making a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. Our peer-reviewed research is highly respected, nationally and internationally, for its pioneering discoveries, on both laboratory and clinical levels. We are all conscious of the urgency to find therapies to effectively treat, prevent, or reverse this disorder.
