Randy Lewis All-University Student Leadership Conference (All-U) is named after the former Executive Associate Dean of Students Randy Lewis, who was dedicated to the leadership experiences and development of UC Irvine students. The "All-U," established in 1984 under Randy's leadership, engages 150 students each year during a full weekend of leadership building activities and training.
To ensure that this UC Irvine tradition of highly impactful student leadership development will continue, we need your support to elevate awareness and provide financial support for this distinguished program that dates back over 40 years.
Previous students have been able to attend through the endowment fund and the financial support of various departments across UC Irvine. Due to the current budget climate, many departments will not have the financial resources to contribute to this leadership experience for students. We need your support!
The cost for one student to attend the conference – which includes lodging, meals, transportation and materials – is $500.
A gift of any amount to the Randy Lewis All-University Leadership Conference Endowed Program fund is appreciated and will go a long way in providing support to both emerging and established student leaders hoping to experience this unique leadership development program. Thank you!
