Center for Digital Transformation

The Center for Digital Transformation (CDT) is at the forefront of addressing strategic issues at the intersection of business and digital technology. Now, as we enter the age of artificial intelligence (AI), bringing both promise and peril, it is even more important that leaders be well-informed about deploying technology. The Center develops and disseminates thought leadership to elevate the discourse on technology, especially AI, thus ensuring that students, faculty, business leaders and society are thoroughly informed about its multifaceted impacts.

CDT's mission of continuous education aims to prepare both students and industry professionals to succeed in this rapidly evolving technological landscape. CDT serves as a hub of engagement, fostering conversations and collaborations among academia, industry experts, and business leaders. Notable initiatives include the Digital Leadership Series, the Digital IQ Series exploring AI implementation and the annual Digital Leadership Agenda Conference.

Center for Health Care Management & Policy

Since 1988, the Center for Health Care Management & Policy (CHCMP) has provided a forum through which key health policy issues at the national, state and local levels are discussed among scholars, the business community, government and other influential stakeholders.

Our annual Health Care Forecast Conference serves as a unique venue for dialogue among government, business leaders, and academics that share their perspectives and forecasts on economic and political issues impacting the health care industry.

Making a gift today enables our center to build stronger ties with the health care community in Orange County and beyond by engaging in collaborative research and education efforts as well as community service programs. This includes hosting conferences and events to disseminate research findings and to promote discussion of health policy issues, as well as contributing to the health care focus within UC Irvine’s MBA programs.

Orange County’s unique tradition of large-scale, master-planned urban development projects have characterized our region for almost half a century. Today, advances in technology, environmental change, capital and infrastructure needs, housing affordability, diversity and globalization present new challenges to real estate development, investment and management not only locally but worldwide.

The Center for Real Estate (CRE) at the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business continues to make positive contributions through education, academic research and meaningful industry outreach to the academic and professional business communities. The Todd and Lisa Halbrook Center for Investment and Wealth Management provides discussion, study and application of financial education for all.
