UCI Giving Day 2020

The past three months have put into perspective what is truly important for our students, faculty, and staff and the needs that are most urgent. If you are looking to give to the most pressing needs of UCI’s response to Covid19 you can find our emergency funds here.

Also, through a recent survey over 12% of students have told us that they may not return in fall due to economic hardships and that as traditional campus work study jobs such as catering will not be available there is a deficit of up to 10,000 positions to offer our students. The Division of Undergraduate Education is able to take on over 500 remote work study jobs such as peer advisors to help. If you are interested in being a part of our solution to this pressing need please consider a donation to the Dean’s Excellence Fund.  

Under UCI Beall Applied Innovation and UCI Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE), the ANTrepreneur Center provides UCI students from all disciplines free mentorship, learning opportunities, resources to develop business ideas and connections to the greater Irvine entrepreneurial network.

To continue our work, we are grateful for any gifts from the community. Every donation made to the ANTrepreneur Center will move us one step closer to unlocking $10,000 from generous alumni. Donations will go towards expanding both remote and in person resources like targeted workshops and virtual networking, and our Maker’s Lab, Podcast Studio, and Media Room, where students refine pitches, develop marketing plans, create business strategies, and build prototypes. We know that not everyone is in a position to make a gift and your support is as valuable as those who can.
