The mission of the SAGE Scholars program is to strengthen the pipeline of talented and diverse students entering the workforce by supporting them in their undergraduate careers and providing them with the tools and training needed to excel in the workforce.
The program provides undergraduates who have significant financial need with career and graduate school planning, leadership training, mentoring, growth mindset and resilience training, community service engagement, and access to internship and scholarship opportunities. Scholars selected for the program have high aspirations and a remarkable potential to contribute to a vibrant, diverse workforce.
