UCI Giving Day 2023

Founded in 2020, the UCI School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences is the first public pharmacy school in the Los Angeles-Orange County region. Our vision is to be a leader in transformational advances in team-based pharmacy practice, research and healthcare.

As part of the UCI Susan & Henry Samueli College of Health Sciences, we actively collaborate with schools and programs in medicine, nursing, population, public health and the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute to educate, train and mentor the next generation of pharmaceutical scientists and clinical pharmacists.

• Undergraduate Student Scholarships: Thanks to the leadership of our Anteaters in Pharmacy Alumni Chapter, all gifts made to the Fund for Excellence will support our undergraduate student scholarship. This is a way for alumni and friends of the school to give back to current undergraduate students, highlighting the importance of educating our next generation of pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists. The scholarship assists students who stand out as future healthcare leaders poised to accelerate scientific, clinical and educational innovations.

• White Coat Fund: Your gift will provide welcome packages to our incoming Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) students and to new cohorts for years to come. With your support, we can personally welcome each student into the Anteater family. Each $100 raised will support one student’s white coat welcome package. A special note honoring your generosity will be embroidered into the coat collar. Every day, these students will be reminded of the support and encouragement they received from their Anteater community.
