UCI Giving Day 2023

OLLI at UCI is a community of passionate lifelong learners engaging our minds and enriching our lives through education. As a member-led organization of active knowledge seekers, our collective purpose is to create meaningful learning experiences and social growth opportunities for our diverse member community. YOUR donation to the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute TODAY will support OLLI’s ability to provide a lifelong learning program to intellectually curious, active adults. 

With access to UCI’s world-class educators and local experts from diverse industries, OLLI at UCI offers high-quality hybrid courses, special events, and excursions that provide members continuous growth and enrichment. Whether it’s exploring the historic artists of Laguna Beach, examining the formation of stars and planetary systems, revisiting World War I, or examining English history through Shakespeare’s words, members enjoy course topics that cover a wide range of subject areas. 

Outside the classroom, OLLI at UCI members also enjoy a variety of cultural excursions to theater performances, museums, stadiums, and other stimulating activities. 

As a member-led organization, OLLI at UCI relies on the voluntary efforts of our members to develop class courses, organize excursions and serve on development committees. Each volunteer contributes to enhancing the member learning experience and creating a vital community resource. Volunteering is a way to give back to OLLI every semester. 

Our new hybrid classes require more resources than ever, including technical support staff, programmers, and trainers, to ensure the highest level of quality possible for our members in the classroom and online. Your donation TODAY will: 

• Maintain and grow our operations to ensure long-term viability as a valued and essential community resource
• Keep membership costs as affordable as possible 
• Upgrade classroom equipment to help enhance the learning experience for our members
