Greek Songfest

Greek Songfest has the ability to enhance the UCI experience for all students by providing an opportunity to be a part of something bigger than themselves. As leaders, we are dedicated to take Greek life to the next level and leave our legacy.

Greek Songfest, benefitting the UCI Fund, is a yearlong philanthropic endeavor that was established by members of the Greek community. Our mission is to foster a more unified relationship with our student body and alumni, as well as the Irvine and Orange County communities. The prosperity of Greek Songfest is attributed to the universality and inclusiveness of musical theater and altruism.

The culmination of our efforts as a community is showcased in a Broadway inspired show that will take place May 5, 2017 at the Bren Events Center. University students perform renditions of various musicals to promote appreciation for the arts and to highlight the triumphs of the human spirit through song and dance. We invite parents, students, alumni and community members to celebrate the endeavors of our Greek community and enjoy the production as we showcase our members' vast talents. We believe that the essence of philanthropy lies in its ability to unite people of all walks of life by challenging them to pursue acts of benevolence that extend beyond their own interests.
