The UC Irvine Beckman Laser Institute & Medical Clinic’s historically black colleges and universities (HBCU) Access to Career in Engineering and Sciences (ACES) program is an impactful initiative aimed at increasing HBCU student involvement in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) graduate programs.
