The Dunlop School of Biological Sciences

For most of us, a healthy mind requires a healthy body, which in turn depends on a healthy world. The study of biology weaves together the interconnected threads of Mind, Body and World, shaping every aspect of life. At the Dunlop School of Biological Sciences, we are committed to advancing knowledge through this comprehensive approach.

Biology drives solutions to global challenges, from medical breakthroughs to environmental sustainability. Our students and faculty lead the way, tackling today’s pressing issues and shaping the future of life sciences.

Your support makes a difference. By giving today, you help fuel the research, education and innovations that drive progress. Together, we can empower students and researchers, accelerate discoveries and create lasting change.

BioSci Dean’s Excellence Fund
The Dean’s Excellence Fund is a strategic source of support that allows the school to respond swiftly to emerging needs and opportunities. It serves as an essential resource for students, faculty and research initiatives, ensuring that critical areas receive funding when it matters most.

Our researchers are working to solve Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, baldness, environmental resilience, and much more. Your gift enables the Dean to direct resources where they are needed most, advancing life sciences education and research in Orange County and beyond.

BioSci Graduate Fellowships Fund
Graduate students play a crucial role in pushing the boundaries of science, leading research that addresses some of the most complex challenges of our time. From developing new medical treatments to exploring solutions for a changing planet, their work has a lasting impact on society.

By giving to the Graduate Fellowships Fund, you help provide essential financial support that allows these early career researchers to focus on their discoveries. Your contribution ensures that future scientists have the resources they need to continue their work and drive progress in the interconnected fields of Mind, Body and World.

Be a catalyst for discovery and innovation in science and education. Your support fuels groundbreaking research, empowers future scientists and drives solutions that will transform health, technology and the environment.
