Welcome to the Vietnamese American Alumni Chapter!
WHO WE ARE: The Vietnamese American Alumni Chapter (VAAC) is dedicated to UC Irvine alumni of Viet heritage. Our goal is to maintain a solid bond by sharing cultural, social, professional functions and benefits with VAAC members, providing support to the UC Irvine Vietnamese Student Association, offering mentorships and scholarships to UC Irvine Vietnamese students and through these initiatives, build a strong presence for our Vietnamese identity at UC Irvine and around the world.
The Vietnamese American Alumni Chapter held a reunion picnic with alumni, students, families, and friends in 2024!WHY SUPPORT CHAPTER SCHOLARSHIPS: In 2024 alone, we raised over $5,000 in scholarship funds and awarded 4 Anteaters with scholarships that carried a huge impact.
