Support the Men’s Water Polo program on UCI Giving Day!

In his second year at the helm of the UCI Men’s Water Polo program, Coach Klatt guided the Anteaters to a Big West regular season title and Big West Championship victory, bringing UCI back to the NCAA’s for the first time in thirty years. Three Anteaters were placed on ACWPC All-American teams and twelve UCI MWP student-athletes were named to the 2023 Big West Conference All-Academic Team.

Gifts to Men’s Water Polo provide direct support to the program and enable our outstanding Men’s Water Polo student-athletes to continue to excel at the highest level academically and athletically.

Men's Water Polo History of Success

  • The Anteaters captured the Big West regular season Championship then captured the inaugural Big West Championship
  • Returned to the NCAAs in 2023 for the first time in 30 years
  • Three National Championships
  • 153 All-Americans, including three in 2023
  • 13 Olympians
  • Nine Conference Championships
  • Tom Warde inducted to the Hall of Fame on Feb. 2, the 19th men’s water polo player to be inducted
  • Peter Campbell Scoreboard dedicated in October
