Sustainability Resource Center
Enough for Everyone, Forever

The Sustainability Resource Center (SRC) is a hub for students, providing resources, education, and programming to forward environmental balance, economic vitality, and social equity. Students, as well as campus and community partners, are invited to share a platform from which to address the root causes of ecological disruption, deepen understandings of the interdependence of all life, and engage the challenges and solutions of sustainability in a campus, community, and global context.

The SRC is the first touch point for the UCI community to find opportunities in sustainability at UCI and in the surrounding communities. The SRC offers a variety of programs, events, and resources.

Your Giving Day gift will help fund climate resilience trainings that we provide to undergraduate and graduate students completely free of charge, fellowships and internships for students to do applied sustainability work on campus and within the community, and help facilitate relationships between students and future sustainability careers to help build sustainable communities.

  1. Every $5 supports the day-to-day operations of the center to support students’ sustainability journeys.
  2. Every $50 supports a student participating in direct sustainability service opportunities in the community or a garden bed in the Ants-in-Your-Plants Garden.
  3. Every $100 supports a student participating in the UCI Student Leadership Institute for Climate Resilience (SLICR) training program.
  4. Every $500 supports an academic quarter internship for climate and environmental justice work through Campus as a Living Lab (CLL).

If you are unable to support financially, we encourage you to share space with the UCI student community in other ways by working with us. Investing in the future of student sustainability is one of the biggest ways we can help make a sustainable future together as the UCI community.

Thank you for helping to build a sustainable future together!
