Our chapter, the Engineering Alumni Society (EAS) embraces the e+ approach to Educational Journeys, Collaborative Research and Meaningful Partnerships.
We continue to support the educational and career development of current engineering students through various engagement opportunities. This past January, we hosted our 2nd annual Professional Development Night where we invited UCI Alumni from a wide range of industries to interact with students on their resumes, interview skills and overall professional skills. Over 200 students attended!
Beyond that, we have worked hard to create a community where all Anteaters in Engineering feel included. We like to host fun events such as the “Battle of The Deans” where you can connect on a more personal level with each other and with leadership. Come out to our next bowling night, or trivia night and see for yourself!
EAS has been working alongside the Samueli School of Engineering to foster lifelong relationships between Anteater engineers, alumni, students, faculty, staff and industries. It serves to implement programs that embody the spirit and excellence of the School and UCI as a whole.
Help us capture the Chapter Leader Challenge again this year for the most unique donors from any chapter during Giving Day!
