We are proud of UCI Law’s distinctive approach to legal education—rooted in a commitment to academic excellence, groundbreaking collaborative research and an unyielding passion for public service—which provides every student with transformative learning experiences helps to prepare practice-ready graduates. The transformation from student to lawyer is facilitated in part by the our robust clinical programming, which offers students real-life practical training in a diverse array of legal issues and practice areas including immigration rights, domestic violence, environmental law and intellectual property to name just a few. These clinical experiences, along with our nationally ranked Lawyering Skills curriculum, help students develop proficient lawyering skills while simultaneously providing high quality legal services to clients in need. And, they often have the added benefit of helping students to identify their passions and career paths. Through this exceptional educational offering, our world-renowned faculty and a supportive law school community, UCI Law attracts some of the most diverse and vibrant students determined to make a difference in our communities.

UCI Law Clinics Fund: With eleven Core Clinics and even more elective offerings, UCI Law ensures every student will develop practical lawyering skills around an area of law or a community need that is meaningful. By supporting the UCI Law Clinical program, ranked No. 5 in the nation, your gift will providing funding for needs like interpretive services, client transportation, student travel and court filings. You’ll also be providing valuable resources that enable us to continue to expand our outreach and services as we’ve done through a recently opened clinic site in Santa Ana, where we aim to be more accessible to many of the clients supported by our clinical students. Your contributions help bring justice and opportunity to our local, national, and global communities.

UCI School of Law Scholarships Fund: By supporting the UCI Law Scholarships Fund, you are helping to provide access and affordability to every deserving student seeking an outstanding legal education at UCI Law. Your gift will provide critical resources that enable students to achieve their academic and professional goals with less concern for the financial burdens they may face, ensure greater student access to exceptional academic instruction, and positively impact the lives of our future legal professionals.

UCI Law Fund: UCI Law creates what’s next in legal education.
