This fellowship was incredibly helpful especially during these trying times. Due to COVID-19 I lost my two main sources of income last year, this fellowship has allowed me the headspace to continue focusing on my thesis work, research, and community engagement and leadership. My research revolves around challenging our society's ideals on normality, by providing experiences via various forms of story-telling that further our understandings.
