UCI Giving Day 2021

Help the UCI School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences start a new tradition by contributing to our White Coat Fund. Your gift will provide welcome packages to our inaugural PharmD cohort and to cohorts for years to come!*

This fall, we will welcome the first-ever PharmD class to the UCI School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences with a special White Coat Ceremony. At the ceremony, each student will receive a white coat and welcome package, which signals the start of a life-changing journey.    

With your support, we can personally welcome each student into the Anteater family. Each $100 gift will support one student’s white coat welcome package. A special note honoring your generosity will be embroidered into the coat collar. Ever day, these students will be reminded of the support and encouragement from their Anteater community.

*The number of white coat welcome packages is based on the unique class size for each year. Donors cannot be guaranteed which incoming class their gift will support. A staff member will be in touch with more information after each gift is processed. 

About Us

The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences thanks you for your interest in supporting us. We are creating a world-class school that focuses on the whole patient by spanning the continuum from drug discovery to clinical practice. 

Pharmacy students with training in integrative health will learn to operate with greater authority on interprofessional healthcare teams and fill gaps in primary care. Pharmaceutical sciences students will gain a solid foundation in drug discovery and translational research that prepares them to advance new treatments and possible cures. We are empowering a new breed of pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists. 

Additionally, our Anteaters in Pharmacy Alumni Chapter brings together all UCI Alumni who work in the fields of Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences. Thanks to our Anteaters in Pharmacy Chapter, all gifts made to the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences will go towards our first ever alumni supported student scholarship.
